The Instant Pot is a fantastic appliance to have in your kitchen as you can cook weeknight dinners quickly and easily. Dump and go Instant Pot recipes are some of my favourite types of meals for busy weeknights, because you can do most of the work ahead of time (think your Sunday meal prep session) without sacrificing on flavor. When it comes time to cook, all you need to do is dump in your ingredients and press start!

Dump Dinner Tips
- Prep your ingredients: Identify which simple ingredients can be chopped and what sauces/marinades can be mixed ahead of time. Dinner Prep Pro makes this easy by including prep ahead checklists for all their recipes.
- Layer your ingredients wisely: Follow the instructions for each recipe and make sure you layer your ingredients in the correct order to prevent uneven cooking or getting a burn notice.
- Create freezer packs: Store your prepared ingredients in large Ziploc bags in the freezer. Make sure you thaw them in the fridge overnight before you use them to make easy freezer meals.
